We have had issues with a pre installed Nest Thermostat in our house. The heating was coming on in the middle of the night when it shouldn’t be. We contact Shaun at Masterheat. Shaun was great - he took us through the thermostat step by step and allowed us to change settings within the system. Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
